important information about the application process :
If your Questionnaire is favorable, we will schedule your Live Interview within 7-10 days of notification of the decision. Interviews will be held through Google+ Hangouts on Air with the Ministry Overseer and all Commited Leaders of the ministry. The Ministry Overseer and Committed Leaders will ask whatever questions they have about your application. The interview process will take up to 30 minutes. We will contact you in writing of our decision in 72 hours following your interview.
If your application is approved, our written communication will include a list of required items needed to finalize your commitment along with any necessary documents that need signing, returned either as a document scanned in an email or by mail to:

Once we receive all of your commitment documents verified as complete, you will be given a Google Calendar notice of all required meetings for your confirmed Ministry Staff Position.
We will change the meeting day and/or time if deemed necessary. We will discuss those specifics in our Facebook Closed Working Group that access will be granted to join once we have approved your application.
Promotion from Non-Leader to Leader-In-Training :
Confirmed Ministry Staff Positions from Non-Leader to Leader-In-Training require that the Committed Ministry Staff Non-Leader go through the Live Interview part of the application process for Leader-In-Training. Committed Leaders will ask you additional questions that were not on the Non-Leader application through email.
When we receive an email with answers to those additional questions, we will schedule a Live Interview within 7-10 days (usually on Mondays from 1 pm – 4 pm USA MDT) with the Ministry Overseer and the Committed Leaders of Ministry Staff. We will tell the Ministry Staff Non-Leader of the decision in writing within 72 hours of the Live Interview.
Only the Ministry Overseer and Committed Leaders (not Leaders-In-Training) will know if there was a denial of your application. We will offer areas needed for improvement. A Ministry Non-Leader can reapply for the Leader-In-Training Ministry Staff position after 6 months. If approved, your promotion will be announced in the Facebook Closed Working Group and to our membership community.
Transition Processs from committed Leader-In-Training to leader:
The Transition Process from Leader-In-Training to Leader is not set in stone and is highly contingent on the Spirit’s Discernment amongst the Committed Leaders. Typically, the Transition Process takes 3 months, but it may take shorter or longer depending on the Leadership Qualities demonstrated by the Prospective Leader. A request can be made by the Prospective Leader to revert to a Non-Leader Ministry Staff Position at any time during the Transition Process.
Important! If we deny your application :
Do not get discouraged. SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries may still be the right ministry for you following completion of the necessary spiritual edification. You do not want to be placed in a Ministry Staff position you cannot do satisfactory on a spiritual level, because any unnecessary friction will stifle the Purposes of God.
Your denial letter will list the areas of spiritual maturity that are lacking along with suggestions on how to spiritually grow in those areas. Seek guidance from God in prayer and if God confirms to you that He desires you as part of SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries, focus on those areas of improvement and receive the spiritual gifts that are necessary. Denied applicants may reapply every 6 months.
Bible study expectations :
SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries is committed to staying in perfect alignment with the Word of God. For the Ministry Staff to stay in perfect alignment with the Word of God through the products they produce, they must have completed extensive biblical study as verified through our application. Additionally, those on Ministry Staff are expected to study their Bibles 4 times a week.
SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries will be primarily utilizing the Amplified (AMP) Version of the Bible, with reference back to the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible. Of course, all Ministry Staff can study from whichever version of the Bible they prefer in their free time. But, we will be writing and speaking based on the Rhema Word expansion of the KJV through the Amplified Version of the Bible. Therefore, it is recommended that Ministry Staff study from the Amplified Version of the Bible from time to time for prepardness. Since, use of the Amplified Version of the Bible is required for creating content for SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries. If you can thoroughly understand the KJV, understanding the Amplified Version is much easier since it is written in plain English (if English is your first language). We will go over in Ministry Orientation what the brackets and parentheses represent in the verses.
The Amplified Version of the Bible takes a little getting used to if you never used it before. But nothing is impossible, when we ask God to bring clarity and understanding by faith. Hence, another reason why faith is so important for this ministry. Complaints must be kept at a minimum since they are sin that seriously stifles the Purposes of God through the time it takes to address them. No one is perfect but everyone must FOCUS on leaning on God through continuously moving from faith to faith to faith through extensive study and real life application of God’s Word.
Crazy Faith Required :
Without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). So if you say you can’t do it. You just spoke death into your situation and what you said will come true for you. What is worse, is that if death is spoken over your ministry work, you will fail at whatever you spoke death into, until you realize it and repent to God. So, it is clear how important having genuine faith is for the success of this ministry. When we believe God for big things, we must have big faith! Therefore, it is important that all Ministry Staff are extra careful about pronouncing what they can’t do as the devil is only a liar if you don’t agree with him!
SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries must enforce this rigorous application process because this is an application process for a permanent full-time/part-time Ministry Staff position with a Professional Start-Up Collaborative Charismatic Christian/Creation Science online ministry. This is NOT a volunteer-based Christian blog. The Ministry Staff that work the Volunteer Development Phase will be compensated at the start of the Ministry Viability Phase (at approx. GO-LIVE + 3 months) if they have remained in good-standing with the ministry.
We are requesting people with crazy faith that seek Confirmation from God that their efforts will be eventually compensated. The Ministry Overseer will communicate the Confirmations from God given in her life, that has ordained SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries a very successful Online Collaborative Christian Ministry, eventually helping people all over the world! There is a significant amount of development work that still must be completed first. Until all of that is completed and the website is fully tested, the premium membership portion of the ministry will be off-line. The free membership portion of the ministry will be coming online by the end of September. All Ministry Staff are expected to regularly contribute content to both the free and premium membership aspects of the website. The current estimated time to GO-LIVE with premium memberships is 4-6 months from August 1, 2015.

SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries is perfect for those rejected by some of the more mainstream online Christian ministries; and yet, feel that they were unfairly pushed out, having received Confirmation that God’s Will is for them to work in full-time/part-time ministry. This happens a lot and we understand your frustration! With SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries, the Ministry Overseer and Committed Leaders on Ministry Staff use the Gift of Spiritual Discernment to pierce through and reveal the intentions of the heart. Most likely, more prayer is needed to confirm what has been Spiritually Discerned. Which is why we require up to 72 hours after the interview process to approve or deny an application.
