Ministry Staff Leader-in-training & Business Partner
Visionary, Business Partner, Content Reviewer, Manager of Select Non-Leader Ministry Staff, Local Evangelism (Optional But Highly Desired)
Content Creator (Written and/or Spoken) & Content Researcher:
Written Content (through Devotions of Power!, Articles, and Various Social Media Post Types)-
(1) Write about the Steps of Real Faith across the soul that a person can take to feel God’s Love, Peace, and Joy when experiencing a negative emotion or problem.
(2) Write various types of Social Media Encouragements and Devotionals.
Spoken Content (through Podcasts – Teaching/Guided Bible Study/Meditation) –
(1) Speak about the Steps of Real Faith across the soul that a person can take to feel God’s Love, Peace, and Joy when experiencing a negative emotion or problem.
(2) Meditate on scriptures using confessions, pronouncements, and prayer.
(3) Guide Bible Study from the Amplified Bible with the King James Bible in parallel using YouVersion through a screen recording that branches off into Rhema Word to bring Revelation into the lives of our members.
Content Researcher –
Research Physical Effects/Consequences/Actions Across the soul when experiencing negative emotions that spawn from various life problems for module development, using Bible Study to seek out scriptures that validate the research results.
As a Business Partner and Leader-In-Training, you must support one or more of the following business functions:
- Marketing (Strategic Design, Setup, Deployment)
- Taxes
- Business Structure
- Accounting
Requires Attendance of the Following Meetings (held through Google+ Hangouts on Air):
- New Ministry Staff Orientation [Mandatory – one time)
- Bi-weekly to Monthly Ministry Leaders’ Meeting (MLM) – Mandatory for Leaders and Leaders-In-Training (~1 – 3 hours)
- Monthly Tag-Up Conference Call (Optional – Only when needed)
- Leader-In-Training to Leader Commencement Orientation of the Ministry’s Vision (one time approximately 3 months from your anniversary date with the ministry)
Minimum Contribution: 960 hours per year aggregate (~80 HOURS A MONTH)

This ministry position offers optional participation in content creation, both written and spoken; as well as local evangelism. As a Ministry Staff Partner with SoulMotion of Joy! Ministries, you will connect others to our ministry as we do the same for you! So together, we offer our members more assistance in areas of Spiritual Growth and Development. If God Confirms that your ministry’s beliefs and approach align with our 5-Step Program to Spiritually Feel God!, apply today! And, we will get the ball rolling on how to solidify a partnership between our ministries.
